Are you a talented individual? Is your organization looking for talented people? Is there anything else that is important other than talent?
Yes, the application of talent is just as important, maybe more important than talent alone. Work strategies and the knowledge of them is almost like the key that starts the engine. Without the key, you aren't going anyplace.
Whether you are a talented person or simply someone who works hard and smart, give us you feedback.

Talent is Worthless
Talented people are not always superior performers. I have known many talented people who were just mediocre, when it came to getting results. Of course, some prefer to coast but others do not know how to apply or what to do with their talent.
I believe that you can share with people what they need to do to succeed but you can't make them do it. They must be internally motivated and lack only information about how to apply. If then you deliver a way and they dont take the bait, something is wrong.
If you consider yourself talented and are not achieving the results I would like to hear from you.

Talent is Worthless, Performance is Priceless
Organizations around the world spend millions of dollars daily in an attempt to find talented people who walk the halls, spit in the urinals, surf the Internet but unfortunately do not do the work for which they were hired. The question is; Why?
All too frequently people fail to live up to expectations. People seem to be happy with mediocre. And the people who watch mediocre performance seem to be happy with mediocre as long as it doesn't rock the boat.
It is time for a revolution. What needs to be done to break this method of mediocre?
